In order to achieve a balanced life style, it is recommended that you:

  1. Eat a  healthy, balanced diet;
  2. Exercise regularly  - it wil relieve stress, boost your mood and help you retain information;
  3. Take care of your personal hygiene (and also your emotional hygiene); and
  4. Get enough sleep - for you will learn well, if you sleep well!
